March Wanna Know Meeting!

Our next Wanna Know Wednesday will be March 12th, 7:45 in the Gateway Lab.

  • tab browsing,
  • setting several home pages to start up when you open the internet,
  • how to set an RSS feed from our calendar,
  • how to export your favorites so you don't loose them when your machine is reimaged next summer, and then how to import them back in the fall!
Please join me if you are interested!
Feel free to leave comments for anything else you would like to cover on IE!

Ideas for future Wanna Know Wednedays

I don't have the answers to everything, but if you have an idea you would like covered, please post to this blog with your name and what you would like covered and I will do my best to get up to speed and have a session on it!

Wanna Know Wednesday on Web Mail!

I will be hosting a Wanna Know Wednesday session January 9, 2008 at 7:45 in the Gateway Lab. A lot of you have expressed an interest in knowing more about web mail. What sort of things should I include? I will do creating folders, moving things to folders, setting up distribution lists, using distribution lists? Please comment back with your first name and last initial and your suggestions for other things to cover.
